DIRECT-TO-GARMENT FAQ

What’s the turnaround time?

Standard turnaround is 10 business days for DTG printing. Rush options are available on select in-stock items.

Are there order minimums?

DTG has no minimums—perfect for one-off or large runs. Screen printing minimums depend on colors: 1 color requires 12 pcs, 2 colors requires 24 pcs, +12 pcs per additional color.

What’s the difference between DTG and screen printing?

DTG prints directly onto the fabric—ideal for detailed, full-color art and small batches. Screen printing uses stencils and ink layers—best for larger runs with fewer colors.

Which is better: DTG or screen printing?

DTG excels at low quantities with many colors and fine detail; screen printing is more cost-effective for bigger orders with simpler color palettes.

Which lasts longer?

DTG prints hold up for about 50 washes with proper care. Screen prints can last 75–100 washes when cared for correctly.
